Fulgur is a GUI application for MATLAB for handling spectroscopic datasets and chemometric PLS models. It is constructed around the proprietary PLS_toolbox, but is otherwise released as open source. The source code was to be published on the Spectroscopy and chemometrics sections homepage: models.life.ku.dk, but a server migration has interfered with the publication of the source code, which should be concurrent with the announcement of the application in NIR News.
